MindDemand accepts health plans from most major insurance carriers as well as Medicare. We are updating our list periodically so if you don’t see yours listed below please reach out to us at support@minddemand.com.

New patient appointment is at an introductory price of only $199 (without insurance ) follow up and medication management appointments are $99. We do accept major health insurance, for the first appointment, typically patients can expect to pay a co-pay of an average between $25-$40 (dependant on policy). We accept major credit cards. We offer two options, via secure online video or phone call (the preferred option by patients). As well as in person at our Plano,Texas office.

Our secure online video visit will be conducted by your provider and he or she will perform a full medical and psychiatric evaluation that is no different than coming in person.

• Due to Covid-19 and the safety of our staff and community we are currently only conducting telemedicine appointments. We are looking to safely reopen our office post Covid-19.

At MindDemand, our priority is ensuring we provide you with safe and effective mental health care treatment. Your provider can prescribe medication only if it is appropriate for your situation.

All medications are electronically sent to your nearest pharmacy of choice. We understand that some patients may already be on medication with a previous provider so please let your MindDemand provider know and we will work on a new treatment plan with you.

Our providers are leading board-certified psychiatrist doctors (MDs) as well as board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners (NPs) who have special training and degrees in psychiatric treatment. All NPs work in collaboration with our board certified psychiatrist MDs (this is a requirement by law).
