If your insurance plan doesn’t include coverage for mental health care, you can still access services at MindDemand through our self-pay option. Many of our patients choose this route when insurance isn’t an option.

We also accept HSA and FSA cards to help manage out-of-pocket costs, and our team is happy to answer any questions about the billing process.

For self-pay patients, the rate is $295 for a new patient and $125 for each follow-up session. These rates apply whether you're meeting virtually or in person.

If you have not been seen in over 6 months by MindDemand, the rate is $295 for reassessment.

Yes, we do our best to match you with a provider who fits your needs and preferences. You can let us know if you’re looking for a specific specialty, background, or communication style, and we’ll take that into account.

Our goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and supported from the very first session.

Yes—if it’s appropriate for your care. At MindDemand, your provider will assess your needs and only prescribe medication when clinically recommended as part of a safe and effective treatment plan.

Prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice for convenience.

If you're already taking medication from a previous provider, just let us know. Your provider will review your history and work with you to build a treatment plan that makes sense for where you are now.

At MindDemand, your care is led by experienced, board-certified mental health professionals. Our team includes psychiatrists (MDs) and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNPs)—all with specialized training in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions.

Each provider is committed to thoughtful, personalized care and works closely with the rest of the team to ensure you feel supported at every step.
